GC Series Gyratory Crusher

GC Gyratory Crusher is mainly composed of beam, frame, moving cone, eccentric sleeve, transmission part and hydraulic cylinder. Driven by the motor, the horizontal shaft starts to rotate which will further make the eccentric sleeve rotate under the assistance of gear. Next, the eccentric sleeve will drive moving cone to swing in a circular motion, so as to squeeze and crush rocks continuously.
By adjusting the hydraulic cylinder on the bottom of moving cone, the cone will move up and down to adjust the opening of discharge port so as to control the granularity of final products. Meanwhile, the hydraulic cylinder has a protection function when iron block intrudes. If there are unbreakable materials such as iron block entering the crushing cavity, the hydraulic cone crusher will drop the moving cone to discharge iron block while the crushing continues.
1. Installation
We will send the engineer to guide your workers to install the machine, take trial run; the buyer should prepare the materials and tools needed, and offer necessary assistance. The actual expenses incurred for accommodation, to and fro travel for the engineer, and insurance, should be borne by the buyer.
