PFQ series vortex strong impact crusher is high efficient impact crusher developed by our company. This crusher is applied to coarse and fine crushing of a variety of materials with compression strength less than 250Mpa. Unique Selling Points:
1)The special designed deep vortex chamber makes the material stays longer time in the chamber and be stroke for more times, besides strike with the impact plate, the material also strikes with each other, so the output is improved, about 1.5 more than the general impact crusher; Adopts P,S,T three section crushing area, the P section is installed with jagged impact plates that can provide strong bending force when material strikes; The S section is installed with jagged thick plates, which provide strong crushing force; finally, the material can be crushed again and reshaped in T section by the flat impact plate.
The heavy type rotate goes through the static balance test, no need supper power motor for driving but still guarantees high output; the rotate possesses high rotational inertia and powerful crushing force, accordingly, the output is higher.
2)The locking mechanism of the rotor can assure the safety of maintenance.
The hammer head is inserted to the rotor body and is fixed with wear-resisting wedge block, which features in easy installation, quick replacement and automatic chucking in running. The hammer can not only be switched for reusing, but also can be adjusted in three levels vertically, which makes the hammer head utilization ratio reach about 56% (our peer is 40%), and the spare parts cost is largely reduced.
The hammer head is produced by high-chromium alloy that is super durable.
There is installed with spring adjusting device in T section that function in overload or tramp iron protection, besides, it equipped with a hydraulic opening device, 5 access doors, so the maintenance is convenient and quick.
