Make use of the vibration motor as excitation source, and the material do parabolic movement; therefore, reduce the feeder trough and increase the feeder's service life.

Working Principle
ZG series electrical vibrating feeder realizes feeding by using special vibration motor to drive the feeder trough doing reciprocating movement along the inclines; when the vertical component of the acceleration force is greater than gravity,the material will be tossed, and the material will continuously skip forwarddue to the continuous operation of the vibration motor; therefore to achieve the purpose of feeding, as shown in Fig. 2.

Operation
(1).This series motor vibrating feeder allows straight line start and stop the machine under the condition of full load and full voltage. In order tostop steadily and fast through the resonance area, parking brake is allowed.
(2).The clients should try to have a short-term operationafter the commissioning.

Maintenance
(1) The workers should checkthe stability ofamplitude, current, temperature rise and noise when feeding machine in the process of operation. The workers should stop the machine immediately if they find abnormal phenomenon.
(2) The motor bearing should be added lubrication oil every two months. The normal faults and processing methods of vibrating feeder to see the table below:
