For the mobile station used in the coarse crushing process, generally use the equipment configuration of the "vibrating feeder + jaw crusher or impact crusher". Meanwhile it is equipped with trailer hydraulic support, vehicle foldable belt conveyor, maintenance folding ladder, equipment maintenance platform, safety guardrail, safety guard, trailer auxiliary bracket, and detachable folding raw material warehouse for easy transportation.

For the mobile station used in the medium crushing process, it adopts the configuration of "screening machine + impact crusher or cone crusher". 3) Fine crushing, shaping, sand making mobile station unit
The mobile station used for the fine crushing, shaping and sand making process can adopt the configuration structure of "screening machine + fine crushing sand making machine". According to the different structure of screening machine, it is divided into two types: horizontal screen and inclined screen.

Process design and model selection basis
YD tire-type mobile crushing and screening station belongs to the individualized product series. The equipment selection and process design will be different according to the difference of customer's processed materials, capacity, size of the finished product, and the grading. Generally, customers need to provide the following reference indicators and requirements when designing proposal.
- Type of processed materials: ore, rock, solid waste
- Hardness of processed materials: Extremely hard, medium hard, common hard.
- Name of processed materials: granite, basalt, river pebble, sandstone, limestone, dolomite, iron ore, copper, gold, lead and zinc, lump coal, coal gangue, bauxite, construction waste, etc.
- Particle size and gradation of processed materials: The particle size and the particle size distribution of the raw materials determine the design and capacity of the equipment configuration: YD tire-type mobile crushing and screening station is optional in the range of 0-500/h.
- Granularity and gradation of the finished products: The size and grading of the finished product required by the customer determine the configuration of the process and equipment.
