Crushing stage
At present, the two kinds of crushing methods with wide application scope are impact crushing and vertical impact crushing respectively. Screening stage
Another important factor controlling the grading of machine sand products is the sieving link. The shape and size of the screen holes of the vibrating screen and the inclination of the screen surface are the key parameters that affect the quality of machine sand. Stone powder particles, and high grading requirements, generally use square square hole sieve, rectangular and circular sieve should not be used. In order to achieve a good screening effect and throughput of the material, according to the experience of shaker manufacturers, it is advisable to control the inclination of the screen surface at about 20 degrees.
The mesh size of the vibrating screen directly affects the fineness modulus, gradation and stone powder content of the machined sand. The larger the sieve hole size, the larger the fineness modulus of the machined sand. The particle content above 2.36 in the gradation also increases. According to the experimental results, the actual size of the sieve hole is controlled between 3.5 and 4.5. The particle gradation, stone powder content and fineness modulus can meet the production requirements. In the actual production process of Xinfu high-speed machine sand, the screen size of the vibrating screen is 3.8rnm. After sieving, the content of the obtained machine sand gradation above 2.36 is between 13.6% and 14.8%. The particle size gradation of the machined sand is reasonable and can meet the needs of practical engineering.
