    ATAIRAC GC series gyratory crusher is a new generation of course crushing equipment, which is developed and manufactured by our company, and it is widely used in ultra-large type mine and quarry. GC gyratory crusher has following advantages:



Main Features

1) Big capacity, long service life
    The crushing chamber is designed appropriately based on the particle distribution of raw ore, which ensure lower energy consumption because no slipping, jumping phenomenon when crush the hard big raw ores. Besides, the evenly wear (abrasion) of crushing cone liner and bowl liner ensure their higher utilization ratio and longer service life.
    The sealing part of upper bearing is equipped with scrapers which are used for eliminating clay and dust. Besides, this sealing part adopts two layer design to prolong the service life of the bearing.

2) High working efficiency

    Bowl liners are locked the gravity effect, which will not be loose even after a long time use. Therefore, working efficiency can be largely improved.

3)  Good anti-dust effect
    Dust seal structure is different with the previous structure. It adopts a method that combines the dust seals made of special material and air curtain, which has good anti-dust effect.

4) Convenient adjustment and maintenance
    The upper bearing is spherical bearing, which makes the shaft run more stable, and the load capacity is higher, thereby prolonging the service life. Besides, the spherical bearing inner ring is shaft bushing structure, the maintenance is easier.  
    Be equipped with gap measuring device, the crushing can be adjusted by hydraulic device through button operation in short time.

1. Installation
We will send the engineer to guide your workers to install the machine, take trial run; the buyer should prepare the materials and tools needed, and offer necessary assistance. The actual expenses incurred for accommodation, to and fro travel for the engineer, and insurance, should be borne by the buyer. The buyer should pay 100USD per engineer per day within the first 40 days, and 150 dollars in the following time.
 
2. Warranty
100% brand new when leaving the factory. The seller guarantee quality of the machines  (excluding wearing parts)for a period of one year from the date of trial run finish under our technician's guidance, but not exceed 15 months from date on which machine leaves the factory.
