Product introduction
GPY cone crusher is a high efficiency and energy saving medium and fine crushing hydraulic cone crusher. It is a large-scale and high-energy lamination cone crusher newly developed by our company. The main shaft adopts a simple support beam structure, which increases the strength of the crusher, the internal space is larger, and the production capacity is higher. We improve the crusher performance by improving the structure of the crusher and optimizing the mechanical parameters, thereby fundamentally improving the crushing capacity of the crusher. In addition, the reasonable adjustment structure and the advanced hydraulic control system greatly improve the intelligence and humanization of the equipment, reduce the labor of the workers, and shorten the time for repairing and replacing the wearing parts on site.

1. The combination of higher speed and larger stroke makes the GPY cone crusher greatly improved in power rating and throughput, making it the most productive crusher in the same specification and getting the maximum yield in the smallest space. The GPY cone crusher can work under a constant discharge opening, avoiding the fluctuation of the discharge opening during the production process, which improves the stability of the entire production process. In addition, the iron protection device ensures that the crusher can be immediately reset after passing through the iron block, maintaining a stable discharge opening. The GPY800 cone crusher produces thinner products with fewer crushing stages, reducing costs and saving energy.
2. The two-way iron-releasing hydraulic cylinder can let the iron block pass through the crushing chamber without stopping caused by over-clamping. The hydraulic cleaning of the crushing chamber has a large stroke and is independent of the wear of the lining, which reduces the amount of work required to remove the clogging material in the crushing chamber and can quickly clear the cavity, thereby reducing downtime and reducing the workload of the operator.
4. The advanced lining fixing technology improves the reliability of the lining plate. The lining plate is locked by bolts and nut cones, so there is no need for glue filling, making it reliable use and easy maintenance.
5. The bronze bushing of the GPY cone crusher can provide greater load capacity in a vibrating environment with large vibration and dust. Moreover, the bronze bushings are low in cost and can be replaced with ordinary tools.
6. All parts of GPY cone crusher can be disassembled and maintained from the top or side. It is convenient to disassemble the moving cone and the fixed cone, which can be realized by only disassembling the upper and lower frame bolts, and it is more convenient to replace the lining plate daily.
Function and performance
GPY cone crusher is suitable for medium and fine crushing of medium and hard materials. It not only provides high output and reduce operating costs, but also is easy to maintain and has long maintenance intervals.
Specifically it has the following performance characteristics:
- The crushing stroke (that is, the larger the eccentric amount) is larger, 1.5 times that of the ordinary cone crusher, so that the cone crushing force is larger, the laminating crushing effect is better, the larger output can be achieved, and the final product shape is better, bringing less damage to liner wear.
- Small footprint, less maintenance space, low overall height, and easy assembly and disassembly.
- GPY cone crusher can achieve high crushing ratio and low cycle load, and the final product rate is higher, achieving superior continuous crushing and effectively reducing energy consumption.
