Introduction of the Process Flow of the Gold Ore and the Equipment of the Production Line:
The process of gold mine production line is an unfiltered cyanide carbon pulp process, which uses activated carbon to adsorb and recover gold directly from cyanide pulp, including preparation of leaching pulp, cyanide leaching, activated carbon adsorption, gold-loaded carbon desorption, and gold mud obtained by electric shock. There are seven stages of operation, such as de-gold carbon recycling, leaching pulp treatment and so on.

Gold ore characteristics:
Gold ore is a mineral aggregate with enough gold content and can be used industrially. from the value of gold, it is not difficult to send out the considerable commercial prospect of cash ore processing industry. However, gold ore needs to be processed into gold concentrate or gold ore with high grade of gold, and then after smelting and extraction, it can become refined gold and gold products. Gold is a crystal at room temperature, isometric crystal system, vertical central lattice, natural good crystal form is very rare, often irregular grain shape, mass, sheet shape, reticulated, dendritic, fiber and sponge aggregates. Pure gold is golden gold and its color can be changed accordingly when it contains impurities.

The process of gold production line (CIP) (cyanide carbon slurry method) is divided into three periods: crushing, grinding, classification, cyanide stage and carbon slurry gold extraction.
Compared with zinc powder replacement method, carbon slurry method saves the capital contribution of solid-liquid separation equipment, reduces the application of cyanide and maintains the environment. The carbon slurry method is especially suitable for the treatment of ores with more mud and difficult sedimentation and poor filtration function.
All kinds of advantages make the gold production line CIP become one of the most commonly used methods in gold mineral processing technology. An ultra-fine lamination self-grinding machine selected during classification, one-stage open-circuit crushing and one-stage closed-circuit grinding.
The ore technology greatly shortens the whole process. The ore is excavated from the stope, transported to the raw ore bin, and the ore-feeding machine is transported to the crusher for crushing, and then the ore is transported to the powder bin for storage by a belt conveyer. Through the screening effect of the broken ore through the linear vibrating screen, the sieve is formed, and the two commodities are screened.
The screen is conveyed to a ball mill by a large-dip belt conveyor, and the ore-treated ore is screened from the head back straight-line vibrating screen. The screen of the vibrating screen is sent to a wear-resistant hydraulic cyclone through a pipeline. The qualified particle size ore is passed through the cyclone overflow discharge cyclone through a cyclone to enter the next period, and the particle size is too large.
The ore particles are discharged from the underflow and mixed with the screen of the linear vibrating screen to enter the ball mill. Through the above process, the ore is ground to 200 meshes of 60-70%.

(I) crushing process
Usually, the crushing process is mainly divided into two stages. The original ore is broken into small pieces of ore by jaw crusher, and then sent to conical crusher to break small pieces of ore into small particles of 0-10mm.

(II) Grinding process
Under the action of silo and vibrating feeder, the ore broken into small particles is transported evenly to the ball mill for grinding, and then the classification and screening are carried out by the classification machine, water conservancy cyclone and other equipment, until the needs of the next stage of production are met.

After the gold ore is exploited from the mining area, the gold ore is first broken through a large Hubei crusher, which becomes smaller from the original large stone, and then sent to the silo, and then the screened ore is sent to the counterattack crusher, and then transported from the conveyor belt to the transit warehouse. Through the hydraulic cone crusher again, the fine broken gold ore is sent to the vibrating screen for screening. The following is the grinding process of gold ore. After the ore is excluded by the grinding machine, the ore is fed into the cyclone classification, and the qualified products overflow into the mixing tank of the flotation machine. The floatation machine fully mixes pulp, medicine and air, then forms bubbles and floats on it, and the gold-bearing material is scraped out by the scraping plate and then enters. And a groove which is flushed with water is poured out to the outside. So that the whole refining process of the gold ore is completed.

(III) concentration, electrolysis and purification process
The gold ore powder is purified by the concentrator and mixed with the prepared chemical solvent and sent to the CIL device system. through the function of the system device, some tailings are eliminated and the concentrate is sent to the electrolytic device for desorption. Finally, the target gold can be obtained by melting.
