PEY series hydraulic jaw crusher for steel slag function as overload protection. When crush the unbroken material, the load of machine will increase suddenly, the sensor device will direct cylinder to load off, then the cylinder as well as the swing jaw move backward till the unbroken material is discharged. After the discharge, the cylinder pressurizes automatically and the swing jaw resets instantly. It effectively solves the problem of "steel-clutch" of the materials, and is suitable in medium and coarse crushing of metallurgy slag.

The machine's rated load can be set at random, which is suitable for selective crushing of material with different compressive strength.

The protection device is reliable. The problem of "steel-clutch" of the materials is effectively solved through automatical discharge.

It can realize automatic and continuous crushing, load off and discharge unbroken material, reset and continuous crushing without halting, so as to maximize clients' economical profits.

The single cylinder supported by hydraulic station can both adjust the discharge opening and unload unbroken material, it can avoid out-of-step that usually happened in difunctional cylinder so as to protect the frame from damage.

Manganese steel, metamorphic manganese steel and super-high manganese steel is selective for jaw plate, the lifetime of super-high manganese steel is 2.6 times than general manganese steel.

Equipped with 4 bearing with same specification and the bearing is larger than other crusher's bearing at same level.

The Hydraulic system can effectively work under the condition of certain degree of pollution.

Installation
We will send the engineer to guide your workers to install the machine, take trial run; the buyer should prepare the materials and tools needed, and offer necessary assistance. The actual expenses incurred for accommodation, to and fro travel for the engineer, and insurance, should be borne by the buyer. The buyer should pay 100USD per engineer per day within the first 40 days, and 150 dollars in the following time.

Warranty
100% brand new when leaving the factory. The seller guarantee quality of the machines  (excluding wearing parts)for a period of one year from the date of trial run finish under our technician's guidance, but not exceed 15 months from date on which machine leaves the factory.
