The ATAIRAC high efficent Vibrating feeder (also called mining feeder) is designed based on the principle of the spinning of eccentric shaft produce vibro force, which features in higher feeding capacity, and obtain preliminary screening function to increase the production efficiency of the subsequent crushing equipment.
Advantages:
Ajustable-speed motor of the vibrating feeder (mining feeder) is optinal, which can control the feeding capacity without frequently start motor, thus it can reduce downtime.
Universal joint direct driving, and the normal rotation speed is 960-980r/min, which character bigger range of frenquency conversion.
The frequency converter, electric control cabinet and speed regulating motor are equipped.
The ZSW vibrating feeder (mining feeder) body and bearing are designed and manufactured by following heavy industrial standards strictly. And the feeder body go through more than ten processing procedures,like heat treatment, sand blasting, polishing, etc. All this can ensure the feeder impact resistance, wear resistance and longer service life.
Using steel spring for support and vibration isolation, which features in smooth running, start-stop, lower noise, and bigger impact load.
The ZSW vibrating feeder are available, such as bar feeding, horseshoe feeding, steel plate with hole feeding, and second screen deck is optional.

The delivery time is within 30 working days. But when the project is very big or the customers have special requirement on the equipment, the delivery could be extended.
