2. Introduction of Wet Type Sand Making Plant

 Wet type artificial sand/aggregates plant adopts full steel structure with little dust and noise, which has the a dvantage of smart working flow, quick installation and high production efficiency. The finished product featurres with good shape, consecutive grade of granuIarity and adjustabIe fineness moduIus.

This production line utilizes fine sand recovery device and is designed in the form of horizontal style. The comprehensive  methods  are  applied  to  reduce  noise  and  vibration,  and lower the dust emission.

3.The basic difference between fine sand and ordinary sand
  
    1) The requirements for fine sand feeding are more strict, such as soil content, water content and ordinary sand are not so strict

2) The requirements for the finished products of fine sand are more strict, and the powder concentrator and fineness modulus must be added, while the ordinary sand does not have to add the powder concentrator or and fineness modulus need not be adjusted.

4.1 VSI Sand Making Machine
VSI Sand Making Machine is developed on the basis of several patents of our company with the material striking against material, material striking against metal. ATAIRAC VSI Sand Making Machine has two models: 'Stone -Stone (VSI-I)' and 'Stone-Steel (VSI)'. The 'Stone-Stone (VSI-I)' can be used in processing hard materials, and the percentage of sand productivity is about 40%; The 'Stone-Steel (VSI)'can be used in processing the materials with medium and high degree of hardness and the percentage of sand productivity is about 40-60%. Sand washing and recycling process:
  XH series fine sand recycling device is designed and manufactured by our company based on the international advanced technology and domestic processing technology. It is widely used to recycle fine sand(<0. 16mm)which has been washed away in wet type sandstone aggregate processing system to decrease the sand loss By adding appropriate amount of recycled fine sand, finished sand grading can be adjusted to get the required fineness module. We will send engineers to guide your workers to install the machine, take trial run; the buyer should prepare the materials and tools needed, and offer necessary assistance. The actual expenses incurred for accommodation, to and from travel for the engineer, and insurance, should be borne by the buyer.
