Product introduction
YT series crawler mobile crushing and screening station is self-developed by using the advanced design method with the principle of "environmental protection, safety, reliability, efficiency, intelligence, energy saving and complete-set". It has high performance, high reliability, ingenious design, beautiful appearance and complete functions. It integrates the process design of feeding, crushing, sand making, screening and transmission, and can be combined by different types of modular units. It can form a truly movable crushing operation, and the complete crushing operation is on the crawler chassis. The minimum ground clearance of the chassis is 263MM, and the maximum angle is 20°, which can fully meet the equipment in mining, gravel aggregate processing and construction. The need for a transition in the garbage disposal application. The conveyor belt can be stretched and folded by the hydraulic cylinder. After folding, the whole machine can meet the road transportation requirements without removing any parts.

Processing flow

The mobile station used for fine crushing, shaping and sand making process adopt the configuration of "screening machine + fine crushing, shaping or sand making machine". Hard rock and mineral can also be processed by single or multi-cylinder fine crushing cone crusher.

Process design and selection standard
YT crawler type mobile crushing and screening plant is customized product . The equipment selection and process will be different according to the difference of customer's raw materials, processing capacity, the size of the finished product and its grading. Generally, customers need to provide the following reference before designing and selecting the solution.
Standards and requirements
1. Type of raw material: what kind of ore, rock, solid waste
2, The hardness of the processed material: special hard, medium hard, general hardness.
3. Names of processed materials: granite, basalt, river pebble, sandstone, limestone, dolomite, iron ore, copper, gold, lead-zinc, lump coal, bauxite, cave slag, construction waste, etc.
4. Particle size and gradation of raw materials: the particle size and proportion of the raw materials determine the process and equipment configuration.
5. The system's processing capacity: series of crawler-type mobile crushing and screening stations can be selected in the range of 100-500t / h.
6. The size and gradation of the finished product: the size and gradation of the finished product required by the customer, determines the configuration of the process and equipment. YT series crawler type mobile crushing and screening station can produce products with size of 0-5mm, 5-20mm, 20-40mm, 40-80mm or 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-16mm, 16-31. 5mm and others.
